Having had a number of coaches over the years, I had a sound grasp of what I needed to do in the gym but had a need for motivation, confidence and for a coach that understands the real life barriers to reaching my full potential and goals. I engaged Noah as a coach two months ago now and Noah has supported my return to the gym with an open mind, a unique ability to tailor sessions to my individual needs and a supportive approach to my goals. He is receptive to feedback and constantly seeks input to ensure sessions are on par with my goals. I cannot recommend Noah highly enough he is someone I am so glad to have in my corner- well into the future and is well worth the investment.

I came to sessions for the health benefits of strength and resistance training for women. I have never done PT in my life. I have been going for one month and I am already noticing improvements, including the complete disappearance of pain in a persistent lower back injury. I was apprehensive about entering the gym environment, especially as a female, however Noah creates an enjoyable, safe space to workout. He is professional, encouraging and I always walk out feeling good. My stress levels have decreased, my physical health is improving and I am feeling more confident.
